Welcome to EduTest.pk — Pakistan's leading online platform for exam preparation, mock tests, study notes, job circular updates, and career guidance.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and EduTest.pk (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of edutest.pk (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Your use of EduTest.pk constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or inactivity.
  • You may not share accounts or use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

3. Permitted Use & User Conduct

The Platform is for personal, non-commercial educational use only (exam prep, self-study, career info).

  • Use the Platform lawfully and in compliance with Pakistani laws.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of content without written permission.
  • Do not upload viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Do not harass, impersonate, or post offensive/inappropriate content.
  • Do not scrape, automate, or use bots to access the Platform without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on EduTest.pk — including text, questions, mock tests, explanations, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by EduTest.pk or licensed to us and protected under Pakistani copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited license: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for personal educational purposes.

User-generated content (comments, feedback): You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Premium features (if any) require payment via secure gateways. Prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by Pakistani law.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
  • We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to future renewals.

6. Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive for accurate, up-to-date content (exam patterns, job info, study material). However, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Exam results, job success, or career outcomes depend on individual effort; we make no guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, EduTest.pk, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may link to external sites or use third-party tools (payment gateways, analytics). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately; certain clauses (IP, liability, governing law) survive.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify via email or prominent notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
